Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager (Consultant) in Retirement Plans Services to grow your career by leading the administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans.

You’ll leverage your communication, project management, and relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding client service. This hybrid role supports assigned sponsors and retirement advisors, with opportunities to improve operations, develop service strategies, and present at client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of total relevant work experience
• Preferred: ASPPA Credentials such as QKA, QPA, etc. or certificates such as RPF
• Account management experience
• Project management experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains understanding of assigned clients’ retirement plan objectives and daily operations
• Regularly consults with assigned clients to maintain a positive relationship
• Proactively uncovers ways to improve the daily operations of the plan
• May provide work direction to more junior team members and partners with other staff as necessary
• Participates in internal activities and initiatives to improve client administration and client experience
• Travels and presents at client meetings
