Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated marketing strategies for retirement market growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Compliance to translate business priorities into campaigns that increase engagement and asset growth.

You’ll lead advisor-focused campaigns across channels, develop messaging frameworks, and partner with TPAs to strengthen market presence while maintaining brand standards and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Compliance and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned to retirement market growth.
• Lead campaigns across email, digital, webinar, content, social and events.
• Create messaging frameworks and sales enablement assets.
• Support advisor and intermediary adoption through awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative, production, digital and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Work with TPAs and distribution partners to expand market reach.
