Job summary

Human Interest in the United States is seeking a high-performing Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for driving efficiency, velocity, and customer satisfaction throughout the conversion process.

You will be accountable for hitting key performance metrics, coaching team members, and partnering with Sales, Program Management, Customer Success, and senior leadership to scale retirement plans for small and mid-sized businesses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years total professional experience with 2+ years in a people leadership role in SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying and target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design or the ability to quickly develop subject‑matter expertise.
• Highly data‑driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales activation specialists to exceed quotas.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive a high volume of successful plan launches each month.
• Own team performance by inspecting conversion pipelines and managing pre-launch churn.
• Actively monitor and optimize conversion workflows to increase velocity and remove bottlenecks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Customer Success, and senior leadership to resolve escalations and improve the conversion experience.
• Identify performance gaps within the team and implement coaching and process improvements to drive results.
• Forecast conversion targets and contribute to capacity planning by analyzing trends and pipeline health.
