Job summary

Human Interest is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to support the setup and launch of new clients’ 401(k) plans. You will engage with a diverse client base, keep onboarding on-track, and ensure customers stay informed and satisfied throughout the process.

The role requires 3+ years in customer onboarding (SaaS or retirement), strong communication, and a high-energy, process-driven approach. Remote-friendly, with collaboration across sales and account management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry.
• Personable and able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Energetic with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate extensively with customers to identify needs and help establish 401(k) plans.
• Educate and inform customers about plan choices to help employees save for retirement.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to meet customer needs.
• Drive onboarding processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement to scale operations.
