Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Lead Client Executive (Retirement Relationship Manager) to manage a retirement 401(k) book of business with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. This remote role covers KY or OH, with travel as needed.

You will consult on plan design, engage advisors, and coordinate enrollment materials while leveraging a broad benefits portfolio. The position requires a business degree and extensive retirement industry experience, with licenses or the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of retirement industry or similar experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63, and Life insurance licenses, or obtain within six months.
• Thorough understanding of ERISA and retirement industry trends.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement programs and plan management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business with strategic and tactical planning through proactive meetings with advisors and clients.
• Cross-sell products and services to deepen client relationships and profitability.
• Serve as the escalation point for service issues and resolve root causes.
• Consult on plan design, discrimination testing, and plan enhancements; communicate with clients and advisors.
