Human Interest is seeking a Retirement Sales Activation Specialist to support the setup and launch of new clients’ 401(k) plans. You will own the activation process, keep clients engaged, and hit monthly targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will collaborate with onboarding, sales, and account teams to ensure smooth implementations and exceptional customer experiences across diverse client types, from local businesses to nationwide firms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in SaaS or retirement industry.
• Knowledge of retirement plan design, particularly 401(k) plans.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Energetic and able to onboard 40-50+ customers a month.
• Proactive in following up with customers and keeping projects on track.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking across deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Communicate extensively with customers to identify needs and help establish 401(k) plans.
• Educate and inform customers about choices to help employees save for retirement.
• Meet monthly activation targets by managing client pipelines and timelines.
• Follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity and drive operational excellence.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve the activation experience.
• Work with sales and account management to meet customer needs.
• Drive processes forward by managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement to help the team scale.
