Job summary

Corps Team seeks an experienced Retirement Sales Enablement Practice Management Expert for a 6-month contract. This fully remote role partners with Retirement Solutions teams to build scalable practice frameworks for client-facing associates.

You will work with senior leaders to translate objectives into playbooks, refine capabilities, and drive adoption of CRM and planning tools to boost productivity and pipeline across Retirement Solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related field
• 7+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into standard frameworks and playbooks.
• Continually assess and refine practice management capabilities based on data.
• Facilitate a standard and ongoing approach for business planning and pipeline management.
• Establish consistent routines for the integrated team to identify opportunities.
• Scale and drive adoption of Sales Process/Engagement Model to Retirement Solutions leaders.
• Scale and drive tool adoption and optimization (CRM & Planning Tools) by leaders and their teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Onboarding Training & Reinforcement and coaching teams to address gaps.
• Design growth plans with management to increase consistency and productivity.
• Coach leaders and associates on practice management to grow the business.
• Identify needs and create plans to improve associate productivity.
• Support development of leaders to increase consistency in productivity.
• Partner with SMEs to design experiences and resources.
• Analyze current practice, set improvement targets, and refine strategies.
