Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer service professional to support retirement plan participants, beneficiaries and sponsors. You will educate customers, troubleshoot issues, and navigate multiple databases to resolve inquiries.

The role begins with eight weeks of onsite training in Fort Wayne, Indiana, followed by remote work from 11:15am–8:00pm EST. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for bilingual pay differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1+ years general experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Learn complex systems and product knowledge quickly.
• Navigate multiple systems and software while engaging customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle callbacks/emails.
• Support plan participants, beneficiaries, professionals, and sponsors.
• Address inquiries about retirement plans with accurate information.
• Educate customers about retirement plans and services.
• Meet call metrics and quality goals.
• Work onsite training in Fort Wayne and then from home during evenings.
• Identify process improvements and support initiatives.
