Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year or less of general work experience ok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and product knowledge.
• Navigate multiple systems/databases/platforms while engaging customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls (60–90 per day), process callbacks and emails from participants, beneficiaries, and sponsors.
• Work in a fast-paced, structured, team-oriented environment focused on resolution.
• Meet and exceed established KPIs for call metrics and quality.
• Educate customers about their retirement plan while researching across systems and databases.
• Provide accurate plan information and adapt to changing priorities.
