Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and contact center experience.
• Retirement plans experience preferred.
• Proficient written and oral communication; able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Educate participants on retirement plan options (distributions, rollovers, consolidations).
• Assist participants online access and resolve online requests.
• Coordinate with Client Service and Admin Service teams for timely support.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with regulations and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
