Job summary

Human Interest is a high-growth tech company bringing retirement benefits to SMBs across the US. As a member of the onboarding team, you will support the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans, keeping the process on track and ensuring customers are engaged and happy.

You will educate customers on plan choices, work with sales and account management, and drive process improvements to help the team scale while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer onboarding experience in SaaS or retirement industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify needs and set up 401(k) plans.
• Educate customers on plan options to help employees save for retirement.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to meet customer needs.
• Drive processes forward and keep customers engaged and on track.
• Identify areas for process improvement to scale onboarding.
