Human Interest in San Francisco seeks a Dedicated Sales Activation Specialist to support the setup and launch of new clients’ 401(k) plans, working with diverse companies from local plumbers to nationwide firms. You’ll own the activation process and ensure customers and partners stay engaged and on track.

You bring 3+ years in customer implementation or sales in SaaS or retirement industries, a people-first approach, and hands-on ability to navigate complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry.
• A “people person” who enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly.
• Energy and passion for onboarding 40-50+ customers a month with high velocity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify needs and help establish 401(k) plans.
• Educate customers about plan choices to help employees save for retirement.
• Meet monthly activation targets and manage client pipelines to ensure on-track progress.
• Follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve activation experience.
• Ensure customer needs are met across cross-functional collaboration.
