Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees. You will conduct enrollment meetings and financial education sessions, in person or via video, to elevate plan awareness and assets.

This remote role requires Series 7/66 licenses and state insurance licenses. CFP/ChFC designations are desirable, with strong presentation skills and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required/preferred; state licenses required.
• CFP or ChFC designation desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills essential.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Travel to client sites as needed for enrollments and education meetings (up to 25% travel).
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation and benefits.
