Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and eligible employees. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, participating in benefit fairs, and assisting in annual plan reviews to enhance plan engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and preferred Series 7 and 66 licenses. This position offers remote work flexibility and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations on plan features.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Educate employees on plan participation.
• May require travel for new plan enrollments.
