Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales or sales management experience.
• Less than 1 year Paychex experience with required training/certification completed.
• HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Presents all retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with financial advisor and IA channels to secure referrals.
• Prospects via phone, direct mail, seminars and local programs to win new clients and referrals.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and recommends Paychex solutions accordingly.
• Expedites resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce for seamless service.
