Cetera is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors, driving growth in employer-sponsored retirement plans. You will develop the Southeast and Northeast territories, manage full sales cycles, and provide consultative support to advisors using Cetera’s branded 401(k) solutions.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, field meetings, and ongoing product guidance to help advisors build pipelines, win proposals, and expand adoption of Cetera retirement

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry or related sales support roles.
• Excellent prospecting and closing skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Understanding of financial markets and retirement plan regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to achieve retirement plan sales and asset goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal through close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors to drive employer-sponsored retirement plan opportunities.
• Document sales activity, meetings, webinars, and campaigns to promote growth and awareness of Cetera solutions.
