Qualifications

• 7+ years in retirement plan industry with defined contribution sales support.
• Bachelor's degree required; FINRA Series 65.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and retirement plan regulations.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Southeast and Northeast territories to meet sales goals.
• Develop territory sales plans to grow 401(k) adoption.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Provide consultative support to retirement-focused advisors.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support advisor needs.
