Cetera seeks a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors, delivering consultative sales support and driving growth of employer-sponsored retirement plans across Southeast and Northeast territories.

You will manage the full sales cycle, provide product and solution consulting, and collaborate with internal partners. Requires 7+ years in retirement plan sales and FINRA Series 65; travel 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in retirement plan sales, consulting, or advisor-facing solutions.
• FINRA Series 65 required; Series 7/66/63 and insurance licenses preferred.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to achieve retirement plan sales goals.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and proposal development.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors.
• Develop and foster advisor relationships via meetings and calls.
• Support proposal generation and plan adoption for sponsor clients.
• Collaborate with internal partners to address advisor needs and opportunities.
