Human Interest is hiring for an onboarding-focused role to launch new clients’ 401(k) plans. You will stay on the front lines with customers, ensuring onboarding stays on track while keeping clients engaged and satisfied.

The role emphasizes process discipline and people skills to handle 40–50 new customers monthly. Ideal candidates bring retirement plan design knowledge, at least 3 years in onboarding, and a passion for helping businesses provide retirement options to their employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer onboarding experience in SaaS or retirement industry.
• Experience with retirement plan design, particularly 401(k).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify needs and help establish 401(k) plans.
• Educate and guide customers on plan options for employees.
• Coordinate with sales and account management to meet customer needs.
• Drive onboarding processes with internal/external stakeholders to keep customers engaged.
