Strongpoint Partners, a tech-enabled retirement services platform, is hiring a Retirement Onboarding Manager to lead a team of Onboarding Specialists and ensure a seamless experience for new retirement plan clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing the full onboarding process, mapping plan provisions, coordinating with recordkeepers, and coaching the team to scale operations while maintaining accuracy and client focus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience with retirement plan documents and qualified retirement plans
• 2+ years supervising, managing, or leading a team
• Expert understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations for qualified retirement plans
• Extensive experience reviewing, interpreting, and drafting retirement plan documents
• Deep understanding of 401(k) plan provisions and plan design concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines across a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clients, advisors, and leadership
• Strong coaching skills with clear, constructive feedback
• Sound judgment, proactive, solutions-driven approach, and ownership

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Retirement Onboarding Specialists; hiring, training, goal setting, performance management
• Balance onboarding caseloads based on plan complexity, team capacity, and client deadlines
• Escalation point for complex plan provisions, challenging conversions, and client/partner concerns
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, accuracy, and continuous learning
• Oversee onboarding for all new retirement plan clients with milestones and deadlines
• Review plan document mapping, amendments, restatements, SPDs for accuracy before finalization
• Own onboarding systems, reporting, and provide pipeline visibility to leadership
• Lead plan provision calls for complex/high-priority clients and advise on plan design options
• Guide the team on plan design improvements and unsupported provisions
