Cps4jobs is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to grow our TPA retirement plan services from a remote location in the United States. This role focuses on building relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, brokers, and business owners while guiding clients through plan design, administration, and compliance.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial opportunity to implementation— and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in retirement plan industry (TPA environment).
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), profit-sharing, cash balance plans.
• Experience in retirement plan sales, business development, relationship management.
• Able to explain complex retirement concepts clearly.
• Excellent networking and presentation skills.
• Preferred: QKA, QPA, CPC, CEBS or similar designations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities for TPA retirement plan services.
• Build relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, brokers, and business owners.
• Consult on retirement plan design, administration, and compliance.
• Conduct presentations to educate prospects on TPA value.
• Manage sales process from opportunity to implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client transitions.
• Maintain industry relationships and grow through referrals.
