CPS, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to join our Retirement Plan Services team. You will work with plan sponsors and employees, focusing on investment and compliance education as part of a hybrid sales/service role.

You’ll engage with sponsors on enrollment, plan design, and fiduciary considerations, while staying current on ERISA requirements. The role can be remote or based at our Massachusetts headquarters, with occasional travel.

Formación

• Active Series 65 license (or Series 7/66 combo) required.
• 2+ years in retirement plan industry with sponsors on investments/design/compliance.
• Working knowledge of ERISA and fiduciary concepts.
• Experience with participant-facing work like enrollment/education meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Advise plan sponsors on design, investments, and fiduciary obligations; support education meetings.
• Prepare plan design studies, fee/vendor analyses, and fiduciary materials.
• Participate in sponsor/prospect meetings and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests; maintain CRM records.
