Blue Ridge Associates is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service for 401(k) and other qualified plans. This remote-first role supports clients nationwide with ESOP administration and retirement services, collaborating with advisors, CPAs, and recordkeepers.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of plan administration experience, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with credentials such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting/Finance/Math/ economics).
• Experience in retirement plan administration and compliance is required.
• Strong emphasis on client service and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely filings.
• Collaborate with advisors, CPAs, and recordkeepers to improve client experience.
• Develop subject matter expertise in regulatory and industry practices.
