Job summary

Strongpoint Partners is a tech-enabled retirement services platform seeking a TPA Sales Consultant to grow our retirement plan services. The role focuses on engaging advisors, recordkeepers, and industry partners to promote our TPA solutions and actuarial consulting across the assigned territory.

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa. You will build a strong sales pipeline, execute targeted strategies, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Experience in field retirement plan sales or institutional sales.
• Established relationships with financial advisors, recordkeepers, or retirement plan consultants preferred.
• Strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain complex retirement plan concepts in a clear, consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and close new opportunities with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, CPAs, and other intermediaries.
• Deepen and broaden distribution across the designated territory.
• Build long-term partnerships with advisors, recordkeepers, CPAs, ERISA attorneys, and consultants.
• Execute targeted sales strategies and local events to raise awareness of TPA services and consulting capabilities.
• Provide insights on plan design, compliance, and administrative efficiency to position Strongpoint as a trusted partner.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments affecting retirement plans.
• Collaborate with actuarial and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and report opportunities, forecasts, and activity in HubSpot.
