Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. An incentive bonus is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction, with travel up to 25% depending on territory.

The role is remote with opportunities to travel, and requires Series 7/66 and appropriate licenses; CFP/ChFC designation is desirable. Salary is commission-based in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required or preferred; appropriate state licenses.
• CFP or ChFC designation desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate about plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
