Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and participants eligible for retirement savings plans.

The role includes delivering engaging enrollment meetings and financial education, both in person and via video, with potential incentives based on plan metrics and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include presentations, participating in benefit fairs, annual plan reviews, and helping education campaigns to boost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP or ChFC designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
