Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees enrolled in retirement savings plans.

You will present enrollment meetings and education sessions, help drive plan participation, and support annual reviews. This remote role may require up to 25% travel and involves compliance with SEC rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Enroll and educate participants through enrollment meetings and financial literacy sessions.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with employees to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory for new plan enrollments.
