Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees. The role includes conducting enrollment and education meetings, traveling as needed, and supporting plan participation growth.

A strong emphasis on presentation skills and relevant licenses is required. Remote work is designated for this position in the United States, with potential travel up to 25% and a compensation package that includes salary and bonus potential along

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
