Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. This remote role offers an incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The candidate will conduct enrollment meetings, education sessions, and participate in annual plan reviews while traveling as needed. A strong presentation ability and bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Lead annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments.
