Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees’ needs. The role involves delivering presentations, educating participants on plan participation, and supporting education campaigns.

A remote work arrangement is available with travel up to 25%. The ideal candidate has strong presentation skills, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and securities licenses (Series 7/66) with CFP/ChFC designations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
