Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees. You will lead enrollment meetings, educate on features, and help drive plan participation while handling travel as needed.

The role emphasizes strong presentation ability, client education, and collaboration with Relationship Managers and District VPs; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and a remote work designation applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations in person or via video to educate on plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and annual plan reviews.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
