Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant for a remote role focused on guiding plan sponsors and employees. You will conduct enrollment meetings, financial education sessions, and participate in education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree preferred, Series 7/66 licenses, state insurance licenses, CFP/ChFC desirable, and excellent presentation skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
