Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes presentations, education campaigns, and collaboration with Relationship Managers. A remote work setup is currently designated, with up to 25% travel expected.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), Series 7/66 licenses, state-insurance licenses, and CFP/ChFC desirability. Fluency in Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video, to explain plan features and grow assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Contribute to annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments.
