Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and eligible employees for our retirement savings program.

You will conduct presentations, enrollment meetings, and education sessions, participate in fairs and orientations, and assist with campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates. Remote work with travel up to 25% is required. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series7 and Series66 preferred; state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designation desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability a plus.
• Travel up to 25% allowed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Present enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and advanced financial literacy meetings.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist the Relationship Manager/District VP with education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
• Travel may be required for new plan enrollments, with travel up to 25%.
