Job summary

A retirement plan services provider is looking for an Implementations Manager to lead the onboarding of new retirement plan clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth transitions and compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience working with retirement plans or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of 401(k) plan administration including eligibility, contributions, and compliance.
• Familiarity with payroll processes related to 401(k) contributions.
