• Minimum 2 years in retirement plan services, with direct experience implementing startup and takeover plans.

Responsibilities

• Startup and takeover projects management from document collection through first contribution.
• Execute onboarding tasks timely and accurately, including related communications.
• Collect, review, and analyze employer and employee data to ensure a smooth experience.
• For takeover plans, obtain historical data to establish the plan in internal tools and systems.
• Draft new plan documents and validate plan setup across systems.
• Review, validate, and transmit employee census to recordkeepers.
• Ensure clients sign 3(16) documents and coordinate notices within IRS/DOL timeframes.
• Join calls with clients, advisors, and recordkeepers to keep onboarding moving.
• Identify potential delays and elevate issues to keep projects moving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain records of plan installations.
• Provide status updates to the Relationship Manager and Onboarding Lead.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, including with AI.
• Coordinate with Engineering to streamline repetitive work with AI.
