iShare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote, initial 6-month contract. The role supports clients with retirement plans and benefit payments, handling inquiries about distributions, rollovers, and loan withdrawals.

You will assist with payment processing, ACH, and tax forms while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience in finance or banking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and professional telephone skills.
• Familiarity with financial transactions and payment systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries.
• Must be comfortable working flexible rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries.
• Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits, and loan withdrawals.
• Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH, debit-card, and bill-payment inquiries.
• Resolve client concerns accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Follow established procedures and maintain accurate client records.
