Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, Surgical Field Sales Retina and Glaucoma (West) to drive sales targets across Retina and Glaucoma products in the West territory. This remote role supports customers from Canada with regional travel within North America.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in ophthalmic sales, with strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 60% and work with surgeons and leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; B.Sc./B.Com preferred.
• 3–5 years pharma/medical/surgical sales experience; ophthalmic preferred.
• Clinical competence with understanding of retina/glaucoma treatments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business acumen skills; proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Must reside in British Columbia or Alberta area.
• Travel up to 60% – Regular territory travel; additional North America travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets for Retina and Glaucoma portfolios within the West territory.
• Promote and sell Alcon products through various sales activities.
• Develop relationships with retina and glaucoma surgeons, key opinion leaders, and high-volume users.
• Discover and develop new business opportunities; execute a sales plan and strategy.
• Frequently visit customers and provide necessary support; participate in events and meetings to update customers.
