Job summary

Iantrek is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support growth of its surgical glaucoma portfolio. The role partners with the Regional Sales Director and Surgical Glaucoma Managers to drive product adoption, utilization, and customer success across assigned accounts.

This field-based, surgeon-facing position focuses on operating room case support, clinical education, and disciplined sales execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ophthalmic medical devices sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons.
• Willingness to travel within territory and nationwide occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room case support for AlloFlo Uveo.
• Troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and reinforce product practices.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource to surgeons and staff.
• Deliver product in-services and staff trainings.
• Maintain clinical and product knowledge to educate customers.
• Partner with Regional Sales Director on account maintenance.
• Support account strategy to deepen utilization in existing accounts.
• Contribute to pipeline development and regional growth initiatives.
