Alcon is seeking a Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the Greater Charlotte and Western North Carolina region. You will develop strategic territory plans, promote our ocular health portfolio, and grow access with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and key accounts.

The role is remote/field-based and requires residence in the territory with extensive travel. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2 years of related sales experience, plus excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Relocation/Sponsorship: Not Available.
• Travel: 100% within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives via account planning.
• Build trusted relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists and staff.
• Educate customers on Alcon glaucoma portfolio and adoption.
• Execute territory business plans to grow and protect key accounts.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and deliver educational programs.
• Identify growth opportunities through market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, Marketing, and leadership.
• Use data to create strategies that enhance engagement.
• Manage a dispersed territory with travel and field activity.
