Teleperformance is seeking a Retention Customer Support Specialist to be the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism. You will use web-based tools to resolve issues and ensure a seamless, positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires residency in US states listed and offers growth within a global provider of digital business services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based desktop systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
• College degree is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Field customer inquiries with professional excellence.
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent service through active listening.
• Work with confidential information and be sensitive.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call.
• Communicate with customers effectively.
• De-escalate issues when needed.
• Escalate interactions when appropriate.
• Track call information for auditing and reporting.
• Provide feedback on call issues and upsell if required.
