Qualifications

• Handle inbound and outbound retention calls with the goal of preventing cancellations.
• Apply retention offers and pricing options following eligibility guidelines.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the case management system.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers in a call center environment.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly quotas set by management.
• Retain existing customers with exemplary service and retention offers.
• Provide products and pricing information clearly and accurately.
• Navigate multiple systems to complete tasks and data entry.
• Follow retention guidelines and contribute to team meetings.
