Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on IC role will own end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live and collaborate with product and technical teams.

The position emphasizes delivery leadership, stakeholder workshops, and ongoing customer relationships, with travel of 30%+ across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
Recorded delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgement and customer presence to move complex projects forward.
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Willingness to travel regularly in a senior IC role.

Responsabilités

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
