Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

The successful candidate will guide discovery, scope, testing and go-live, own project plans and risks, and translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fashion/retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to guide complex retail tech projects from discovery to go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive conversation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
