Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution and in-store presence across a broad Virginia-tainted territory. You will lead a team, optimize displays, and build relationships with store personnel to maximize sales.

The role offers a base salary between $56,200 and $77,275 with a bonus program and extensive benefits including health, retirement, paid leave, and education support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business understanding.
• Physical activities: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check required.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers and provide coaching and development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers for shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate in Mondelēz International safety and operational guidelines.
