Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across a diverse Virginia territory. You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize shelf presence, and collaborate with store personnel to grow sales and brand presence.

Position offers a remote-friendly field role with a base salary range of $56,200 to $77,275 plus a bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes and systems
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the resident state
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays and pass drug, MVR, and background checks

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers and Order Writers
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities
• Plan data-driven strategies to store demographics and customer needs
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and order writers effectively
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results
• Operate within safety and compliance guidelines
