Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a remote Retail Territory Manager for Seattle, WA, to drive top-line sales with Home Depot and Lowe's accounts. You will analyze POS and promotions, map customer routing in Power BI and Salesforce, and partner with store and district managers to execute strategic initiatives.

You will manage monthly activations, budget controls, and develop customized local strategies to improve market share while traveling regionally and supporting national events.

Qualifications

• : 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• : Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• : Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing some physical labor.
• : Analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans.
• : IT systems knowledge (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail accounts (Home Depot and Lowe's) and maintain daily activity.
• Analyze POS and promotions to develop store and territory sales plans.
• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly/annual POS goals.
• Collaborate with store/district managers to align with retail strategies.
• Execute national events and local territory activations to drive sell-through.
• Manage budgets (T&E, demo tools) and develop retailer-specific initiatives.
