Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store success through Direct Store Delivery across an extensive Ohio and adjacent markets territory. You will drive sales targets, optimize merchandising, and energize store teams to maximize shelf impact.

The role requires strong relationship building, data-driven planning, and cross-functional collaboration with retail partners. It offers a fully remote work setup and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and develop Merchandisers and FT/temporary staff.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation and HQ program execution.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics.
• Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with store personnel.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and writers for shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: Oversee ordering, displays, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Own the Cadence: Design a smart store schedule and drive results.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: Follow Mondelēz safety guidelines.
