Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store Direct Store Delivery across a multi-city Ohio/West Virginia territory, driving sales, flawless execution, and strong relationships with store personnel.

You will build data-driven plans, manage merchandisers, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines, with full-time, remote-eligible role across the United States.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business processes
• Physically able to perform lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check and background check
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts
• Lead with Impact: Manage a team of Merchandisers from hiring to coaching
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs
• Build Relationships: Partner with store personnel for opportunities and service
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and order writers effectively
• Champion Store Success: Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule
