Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in Baltimore, MD, to drive top-line sales with Home Depot and Lowe's accounts. This remote role covers the local territory, requiring regional travel and weekend work as needed.

You'll analyze POS data in Power BI and Salesforce, build store-specific plans, coordinate with store and district managers, and manage inventory and promotions to boost market share.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8–10 annually).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing light physical labor.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.
• Knowledge of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and MS Office.
• Must pass Drug test & MVR.

Responsibilities

• Drive Top Line Sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Analyze POS by store and promotions to develop territory sales plans.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops to ensure inventory for promotions.
• Drive execution strategy using Power BI and Salesforce data.
• Execute national event activations and local territory promotions.
• Engage Store and District Key Decision Makers on initiatives and customized actions.
• Collaborate with retail service partners and conduct district meetings and quality walks.
• Manage budgets (T&E, Demo Tools) to drive profitability.
